Yesterday, I picked up the book Hypnerotomachia Poliphili, which relates to my thesis on a level of spoils and amorous attraction. The book is a Renaissance love story allegedly written by Leon Battista Alberti, of Poliphilo who enters in and out of a dream world where he pursues his love Polia. I have yet to read even the first chapter, but a friend mentioned a house by Studio Granda that is based on this book.
