Grant Hooker, owner of the Beaver Tail franchise in Ottawa has created an Obama Beaver Tail and will be serving the pastry in Washington at Obama’s inauguration parade. The new Beaver Tail has a giant chocolate “O” covered in maple syrup. Though Hooker doesn’t expect Obama to stop for one during the inauguration celebration, he does hope to cater the President during his first visit to Ottawa.
